Shipping for USA takes 5-10 business days (First Class Mail) or 2-3 business days (Priority Mail), for all other countries usually takes 3-5 weeks (First Class Mail) or 6-10 business days (Priority Mail) to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. International Duties (Customs Fees)
If your order is shipping outside of the United States, you are likely to be charged customs fees before delivery can be completed. Shipping cost does not include custom fees. Return and/or Exchange Information
Acebo Health Center goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Acebo Health Center carefully review your order and make sure there is nothing wrong with each of the products you purchased prior of shipping.
All returns and/or exchange must be accompanied with original purchase receipt. No returns and/or exchange will be issued without a receipt.
Acebo Health Center will accept any product or merchandise items for return and/or exchange within 14 days of receipt. There are no refunds, returns or exchanges for digital downloads.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning and/or exchanging a product. All refunds will be credited to the original payment source. If the original payment source is unavailable, Acebo Health Center reserves the right to issue an electronic gift certificate or issue a refund check to be mailed to the shipping address provided on the order.
No refund will be issued for lost and/or damaged packages during the shipping process.
